Andrew E. Smith
Senior Vice President - Lincoln Property Company

About Andy Smith: Andy Smith is Senior Vice President for Lincoln Property Company in Austin, Texas. In this role, Mr. Smith is directly responsible for the generation of business opportunities relating to agency leasing, property management, construction management and project development. This includes oversight of business relationships with owners, investors, lenders, brokers and tenants. Mr. Smith has 30 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing and brokerage. He joined Lincoln Property Company in 2016 and has extensive leasing experience in a number of Southwest Markets (Austin, Houston, New Orleans and Dallas). Prior to joining Lincoln, he served as Director of Leasing for Parkway Properties (2 years), was Vice President for Thomas Properties Group (5 years) and had a 13 year career as Managing Director for Equity Office Properties. He got his start in commercial real estate in the Houston office of CB Richard Ellis in 1986.


Dan Frey
Principal, Retail - Endeavor Real Estate Group

About Dan Frey: Endeavor Principal Dan Frey handles project representation for Endeavor and third parties, as well as tenant representation for regional and national brands throughout Texas. Dan also works to identify retail acquisition and development opportunities. Dan has extensive experience in both tenant and owner representation. He has worked with tenants which include Barre3, Denver Mattress Co., Natural Pawz, Red Robin, Jason's Deli, Merit Coffee, Bakery Lorraine, America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses and Smoothie King. On the ownership side, his clients include LaSalle Investment Management, Inventrust, VEREIT, Lionstone Investments, Brixmor Properties, AAFES, Harbert Management Corporation, Rainer Capital Management and Whitestone REIT. For Endeavor, Dan has been instrumental in leasing new developments include The Parke in Cedar Park (Whole Foods & Nordstrom Rack-Anchored; 400,000 SF), Belterra Village in Dripping Springs (Gold’s Gym & Sky Cinemas-anchored; 250,000 SF) and Springtown in San Marcos (Gold’s Gym & The SPOT; 135,000 SF). Dan joined Endeavor in 2010, and initially worked as an Analyst on the Development Services team. In this role, he analyzed acquisition and development opportunities for a full range of product types, including office, retail, multifamily and self-storage. He also participated in sourcing and closing more than $250 million of project debt financing and led the entitlement process for the rezoning of several land parcels in the Endeavor portfolio.


Scott Flack
President - Live Oak Real Estate Development, Brokerage & Services

About Scott Flack: Scott Flack currently serves as President of Austin-based, Live Oak. In his role, he oversees the firm's investment & development activities and is responsible for the firm's strategic direction. Scott has been in commercial real estate since 2000 when he joined The Gottesman Company. In 2007, he was part of the formation of Live Oak-Gottesman when the Gottesman Co. merged with Live Oak Group and the Leasing and Property Management Divisions of Trammell Crow Company. He served as the Company's Director of Leasing until acquiring controlling interest in the company with three other partners in 2015. A graduate of the University of Texas, Flack has served as the president of the Real Estate Council of Austin, was a board member with the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce and is an advisory member of The University of Texas Real Estate Finance & Investment Center. He has topped the Austin Business Journal's Heavy Hitters list multiple times for industrial leasing and remains active in brokerage as a member of the firm's industrial leasing team.  Throughout his career, he has served on several non-profit boards and is current board chair for Back on My Feet – Austin and the Austin Area Research Organization's (AARO) Social Equity committee.  Scott and his wife Kate are the proud parents of two daughters and a son.


Tony Curp
Senior VP of Development - Kairoi Residential

About Tony Curp: As the Senior Vice President for Kairoi Development, Tony is responsible for the sourcing and execution of new developments in the Austin and Nashville markets. Prior to joining Kairoi, he was a Vice President of Development at Aspen Heights where he focused on the development of student housing projects. With over 20 years of experience, Tony has seen many sides of the business working as a Partner in a law firm and as an executive at other top real estate development companies. Tony has been involved in over $1 billion in real estate transactions throughout his career. Tony earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Law. When he is not working on new developments, he enjoys spending time with his family, completing home renovation projects, and playing golf.
