EDUCATION:
Plans up to 4 education seminars/learn at lunch classes annually.
OUTREACH:
Oversees Corporate, Student, Community and Industry Professional Outreach for chapter membership recruiting purposes.
DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION:
Responsible for advising leadership on the organization’s diversity and inclusion needs and the progress of diversity initiatives throughout IREM Austin.
MEMBERSHIP & ENGAGEMENT:
Helps to secure, engage and mentor new members through innovative and thoughtful measures.
FUTURE LEADERS:
Coordinates programming and plan engaging opportunities for Future Leaders Program participants.
SPECIAL EVENTS:
Coordinates annual chapter events such as building tours/socials and plans the annual tournament in line with IREM Austin's mission.
PROGRAMS:
Plans, coordinates and promotes program offerings at chapter luncheons.
TRENDS:
Plans, coordinates and executes the annual industry TRENDS event.
Micro Volunteer:
