Scott Aarvig, CPM serves as Vice President of Property Management at Stream Realty Partners, where he leads property management operations with a focus on team leadership, client collaboration, and enhancing building performance. Active in the real estate community, Scott is a board member of IREM Austin, where he contributes to advancing industry standards and the integration of sustainable, innovative property management practices.

Amber Brown, CPM is currently a Vice President of Property Management at Stream. Prior to joining Stream, she worked for TIG Real Estate for over 11 years, overseeing the management team and providing direct oversight for over 1 million square feet of office and retail properties.  She is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Texas and has her CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation through IREM.

Jenna Duke, CPM is responsible for implementing property management services for a portfolio of approximately 815,000 square feet of Class A offices and industrial. Notably, Jenna has worked on the Riata Corporate Park property management team for 10+ years. Riata is an eight-building, suburban office complex with approximately 690,000 square feet located in Northwest Austin. Jenna also provides oversight and client-facing services for a 250,000 SF Class A mixed-use property.

Dana Gann is a seasoned Property Manager, currently overseeing the Stratum buildings with Stream Realty Partners. With extensive experience in commercial real estate, she has managed a variety of properties, including industrial, associations, retail, and downtown Austin high-rises. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on Austin FC, spending time outdoors with her family, gardening, and catching the latest Netflix series.

Joseph Wade Nauman, ARM®, CPM® has over nine years of experience in the multifamily housing industry. He is a Community Manager at Greystar, where he brings a strategic, people-focused approach to property management and team leadership. His dedication to excellence and growth has made him a respected leader known for cultivating strong communities and empowering teams through mentorship, professionalism, and compassion.

In addition to his role at Greystar, Wade actively contributes to the advancement of the property management profession through his service on the Board of Directors for the IREM Austin Chapter. He also proudly leads as Chair of the Membership and Membership Engagement Committee, and the DEI Advisory Council, where he champions connection, inclusion, and the professional development of others.

His involvement with IREM has played a transformative role in both his professional journey and personal growth, offering invaluable knowledge, lasting relationships, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the industry.

Evan Williams, CPM has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and real estate management. He earned his CPM designation in 2018 and is also a licensed and active CRE Agent. Evan provides third-party real estate management services, overseeing the financial and physical operations of 14 commercial properties in Central Austin. His portfolio includes a diverse mix of assets such as traditional office buildings, retail centers, bars and restaurants, and industrial flex spaces.
