Join us on August 11 from 11:30 AM–1:00 PM at the Headliners Club [221 W 6th St., Fl 21 – Granger Room]. A conversation featuring the vision behind Waterline and The Confluence, and how placemaking is shaping the next generation of commercial real estate.

About our speaker: Andrew Smith is Senior Vice President for Lincoln Property Company in Austin, Texas. In this role, Andrew is directly responsible for the generation of business opportunities relating to agency leasing, property management, construction management and project development.  This includes oversight of business relationships with owners, investors, lenders, brokers and tenants. Andrew has 35 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing and brokerage.  He joined Lincoln in 2016 and has extensive leasing experience in a number of Southwest Markets (Austin, Houston, New Orleans and Dallas).

Prior to joining Lincoln, he served as Director of Leasing for Parkway Properties (2 years), was Vice President for Thomas Properties Group (5 years) and had a 13-year career as Managing Director for Equity Office Properties.  He got his start in commercial real estate in the Houston office of CB Richard Ellis in 1986.

Deadline to register is Friday, August 7  @ noon. Guarantees to the venue necessitate this policy.

Parking: Parking is available in the attached Procore Tower garage. Please note that there are two entrances and two exits for the garage. The entrances are on 5th Street and Colorado Street and the exits are on 5th Street and Lavaca Street. Carpooling is encouraged as the garage can get congested when exiting. Parking will be validated thanks to our Industry Partner, Peak Parking.
