Education Class: Maximizing Asset Value Through Strategic RFP’s & Vendor Partnerships

This session will focus on how strategic RFPs and intentional vendor partnerships can protect fiduciary responsibility, improve operational outcomes, and maximize asset value. Attendees will gain practical insight into evaluating vendors beyond price, understanding market conditions, and building strong partnerships that support tenant satisfaction and long-term property performance. The discussion emphasizes thoughtful, ethical decision-making and provides actionable takeaways that can be applied immediately in real-world property and asset management scenarios.
Join us Wednesday, February 25 from 12:00pm-1:30pm at Scout Security/ECS of Texas located at 3903 Warehouse Rd., Unit C.

About our speaker: Over the last 15 years, Chris Covo has worked in the commercial services space. Those experiences—spanning operations, leadership, and complex client environments—ultimately drove him to start and co-found a portfolio of service businesses built around clear standards, long-term relationships, and care for people.
Chris Covo is a Co-Founder of Scout Security Group, Exterior Cleaning Solutions, and Revival Surfaces and the Founder and President of Partners Commercial Cleaning. He earned his B.A. from Texas State University, where he served as Student Body President and was appointed by Rick Perry as Student Regent. He later received an M.A. in Legal and Political Theory from University College London.
Chris’s greatest joy is his family and community. He runs a hand-dipped chocolate truffle company with his father and—true to his Italian roots—is known for his pasta sauce. He is a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo and occasionally plays drums with his jazz trio around town. Chris lives in Austin with his wife, Amanda, and their four children.
